  • Orders are placed via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms, not directly through this website.
  • Payments may be handled online or offline (cash on delivery).
  • Only one attempt will be made to deliver the order.

Delivery Policy:

  • If the customer is not reachable or does not accept the delivery during the attempt, TahirSultanFood reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion.
  • Upon placing an order, you will receive a text message from a TahirSultanFood representative summarizing your order and providing an estimated delivery time.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to bad weather, transport issues, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. TahirSultanFood shall not be held liable for failure or delay in delivering products, including any damage or loss caused to them.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Customers may request order cancellations, but TahirSultanFood reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at its discretion.
  • If a cancellation request is received before the order has been processed, the order will be canceled, and any payments will be fully refunded.
  • Orders already processed cannot be canceled. For dispatched orders, customers may provide instructions for the delivered goods, which have already been paid for.
  • TahirSultanFood has the final authority to determine whether an order has been processed. Customers agree not to dispute this decision.
